What Opypro Does
Opypro's all-in-one platform has three core modules: onboarding, account management and payment reconciliation. A supplier's processes and business rules are transformed into automated workflows powered by AI, for speed and precision.
Onboarding (available as a standalone module)
A digital application form, with real-time verifications, automated credit assessment and e-signatures delivers a best-in-class customer experience while mitigating business risk. Applications can be initiated in several ways and once submitted are received into the Opypro platform. Additional information can be captured including the requested credit limit, any direct debit forms, and director guarantor details during the process. With all information centralised in the platform, the assessment and decision-making process can be achieved with speed and accuracy. Application tasks can be assigned to team members for review and action. Approved application information is easily shared with core systems including a CRM and ERP.
Account Management
Following an approved application, Opypro sets up an account in the platform. This enables all trade accounts to be centrally viewed and managed. Transaction data is received by Opypro via integrated or non-integrated methods, with automated invoices created and sent based on a supplier's schedule. Consolidated invoicing is supported, accommodating complex billing structures. Invoices can also be received directly from the supplier's ERP into Opypro, providing suppliers the flexibility to work the way they need. Payment data from the supplier's bank is received by Opypro throughout the month, along with remittance advice, so all documentation is in one place ready for allocation and reconciliation.
Payment Reconciliation (available as a standalone module)
Opypro includes an automated dunning cycle, with branded templates used to send proactive reminders about upcoming payments, due and overdue payments, through to account blocking as needed. A full record trail of dunning activity is viewable in the platform. Utilising bank payment data and billing documents available in the platform, AI automation operates with speed and precision to identify, match and allocate payments, with reconciliation immediately actioned. Other features include the ability to split a payment, auto-allocation of a bulk payment to several invoices and uploading additional documentation. Reports provide a full financial snapshot of each trade account on demand, along with a comprehensive suite including aged trial balance (ATB), DSO and more.
